Q4 Refunds, Delivery Delays, and What to Do if Things Go Wrong

Hey all,


I’ve bought Solari from U4GM three times. Two were flawless, but the third had a delay—here’s what I did and how it got resolved.


What happened:


  • Ordered 500K Solari at 6 PM.
  • Didn’t get a delivery notification within 30 minutes (previous orders came within 10).
  • I panicked a bit and contacted support.

What U4GM did:


  • Live support asked for my Order ID (from email).
  • Confirmed delay was due to staff shift change.
  • Delivered Solari within the hour with a bonus 25K for inconvenience!

Refund process (in case you ever need it):


  • Available only if order isn’t delivered within 24 hours.
  • You can request it via support chat or Discord.
  • Refunds go back to your original payment method—took 2 days for a friend.

My advice:


  • Don’t freak out over short delays—always check Discord or live chat.
  • Save order confirmations.
  • Never agree to trades outside their official system—protect yourself.

Even with the hiccup, U4GM made it right. Their refund policy and support are legit reasons I trust them.
