What happened:
- Ordered 500K Solari at 6 PM.
- Didn’t get a delivery notification within 30 minutes (previous orders came within 10).
- I panicked a bit and contacted support.
What U4GM did:
- Live support asked for my Order ID (from email).
- Confirmed delay was due to staff shift change.
- Delivered Solari within the hour with a bonus 25K for inconvenience!
Refund process (in case you ever need it):
- Available only if order isn’t delivered within 24 hours.
- You can request it via support chat or Discord.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method—took 2 days for a friend.
My advice:
- Don’t freak out over short delays—always check Discord or live chat.
- Save order confirmations.
- Never agree to trades outside their official system—protect yourself.
